Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and reductions in item quantity are not possible under any circumstances. Adding items to an existing order is possible, however, requests made close to the shipment date may not be accommodated.

Yes. Japanese TCG market prices fluctuate frequently, so our wholesale prices are subject to change. Prices shown on the catalog reflect the most recent update. Once a quotation is issued and confirmed, the quoted price is locked in for that order.
Yes. PDF invoices and receipts are provided with every B2B order. Quotation PDFs are also available for your records.
