Additional fees
Shipping fee (calculated and shown at checkout). All import-related charges — customs duties, import consumption tax / VAT and any other import fees — are the customer's responsibility. For US orders, duties are pre-collected at checkout (DDP), and orders of US$2,500+ require the customer to file CBP Form 5106. Optional courier insurance is available for an extra fee (arrange via the contact form before ordering).

Delivery time
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery time varies by destination. Out-of-stock items are shipped after being sourced, generally within about 1–2 weeks.
Returns & exchanges
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment (including change of mind). Returns are accepted but refunds are partial: return shipping and all import charges are deducted, plus 20% of the item price if a returned item is found damaged. After hand-off to the courier we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage in transit.
