These Terms govern your access to and use of the SORA CardShop website and online store, operated by Trion Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
You must be of legal age in your country to place an order. SORA CardShop does not require an account — orders are placed as a guest, and you provide your contact and shipping details securely at checkout. Please make sure the information you enter, including your email and delivery address, is accurate, as we use it to process and ship your order and to send order updates.
Product colours may vary depending on your screen. Descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase, and prices exclude taxes, shipping and any customs duties unless stated otherwise. All shipping fees and all import-related charges (customs duties, import consumption tax / VAT and any other import fees) are the buyer's responsibility.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Cancellation is not possible once payment has been made — including "change of mind" requests immediately after paying; your only recourse is the return process after delivery, subject to the deductions in our Refund Policy. To change the delivery address after paying, please contact us as soon as possible — we can only update it before the order is dispatched; once it is about to ship or has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please check your details carefully before paying. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy; refunds are partial, with return shipping and all import charges (customs duties, import consumption tax / VAT and other import-related fees) deducted, and a further deduction for items returned damaged. Each order ships as a single shipment and cannot be combined with or split from other orders. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay). By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and damage passes to you the moment the order is handed to the courier. After hand-off to the courier we accept no responsibility of any kind — including loss, theft, or damage in transit; such claims must be filed directly with the courier in your own country. Optional courier insurance is available for an extra fee if arranged via the contact form before you order. Damage claims are reviewed against our pre-dispatch condition records, and unless the flaw was caused by us before dispatch we accept no responsibility. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
