Payment must be completed within 7 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: Wise, PayPal.
PayPal payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY). Currency conversion is the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery times: Asia/Oceania 1–3 days, Europe/Americas 2–5 days. We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. For US shipments, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available with duties included in the invoice.
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before shipment. Cancellations after payment may be subject to a restocking fee. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier directly.
